C Cubed - Tim and Pooja's New American Seasonal

After a Halloween/election/Thanksgiving hiatus, the Cooking Club returns!
We're back for more.  After refining their palates during an extended eating trip across Asia, the dynamic cooking duo of Tim and Pooja are on deck to prepare a meal of New American dishes featuring seasonal ingredients.

The meal included some fantastic recipes from the New York Times (you'll have to ask Tim to share):
  • savory roasted duck topped with fig reduction
  • braised red cabbage
  • roasted brussel sprouts 
  • multicolored fingerling potatoes with figs, garlic and herbs
  • squash risotto
  • coffee flavored creme brulee

And of course good company and some special guests
