C Cubed - Jeff and Joy's Thai Extravaganza

Hi all,

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and Passover. :)

Big thanks to the C Cubed DC special guests, Joy and Jeff, for hosting the last C Cubed "Thai style."

Highlights included no leftovers of:

• "Roll Your Own" fresh summer rolls filled with cucumber, mint, cilantro, scallions, lettuce, and noodle with a spicy peanut dipping sauce
• tom yum soup by a Thai food novice (me :)
  
• Joy's "special" curry and a red curry

In a word - YUM!
