C Cubed - Richard's banana leaf BBQ

For those who couldn't join in October, it was your loss.  Grillmaster Yu outdid himself with his succulent banana-leaf-wrapped salmon, delightfully-dressed fresh grilled asparagus, and a fine rice noodle salad.



After a Halloween/election/Thanksgiving hiatus, the Cooking Club returns!
 
We're back for more.  After refining their palates during an extended eating trip across Asia, the dynamic cooking duo of Tim and Pooja are on deck to prepare a meal of New American dishes featuring seasonal ingredients.  You'll have to show up to get (and taste) the details.
