The next C Cubed dinner will be Wednesday June 24 starting at 7.00 PM
Matt is still "cooking up" (pun intended) the menu but I believe it will be a Mexican theme. Matt's friend Chris Pasquet will be our first guest "menu collaborator," working behind the scenes yet not attending the final event as she will be out-of-town that night. (We look forward to meeting her at a future C Cubed event.)
Red wine and beer are always welcome and Matt encourages everyone to bring at least one bottle of your drink of choice (this is going to be a serious Wednesday night drink fest!)
His apartment (affectionately called a "tree house of a home" by its resident) is 9 Montague Terrace Apartment 5A in Brooklyn Heights. Montague Terrace is to the left when you get to the bottom end of Montague Street at the promenade.
