C Cubed -- February 20th @ 7:30 pm -- 4 questions

Chef Rob with sous-chef Jessica started us off in 2010 in style! They treated guests to a wonderful middle eastern meal, including some amazing cheese and explosively good eggplant. Everyone who didn't attend will have to wait for the photos which our c-cubed member in absentia may upload for us later.

In the interim, mark February 20th on your calendars. Kate and Anand (I'm not sure who is chefing and who is sous-ing) will be taking us both east and west from the middle east for an Indian-Italian fusion feast.

4. Let me know if you're game for a gastronomic trip to the Hamptons in September. Angela has proposed hosting there so that we could take advantage of a change in scenery and the local bountiful harvest.
